The site explains how a SmartSlip campaign can be set up: the entry, the check, the reward and the record. A page is a description. It is not an offer that a new campaign will be built in a particular way until that is agreed in writing.
Figures on a case study describe that campaign. They are not a promise that a new campaign will produce the same result.
Entry rules, rewards, eligibility and data use are set in that campaign’s terms. Those terms are agreed with the brand running the promotion and shown to people who take part. A qualifying purchase does not by itself mean a prize.
A message through the contact form asks us to reply. It does not create a contract. Pricing, scope and timing are confirmed in writing for each campaign.
